TDN error no controller read

seems like a very rare error to get trying to just read the stock tune on ecu however i bought this car at 52k miles so im assuming the car has been tuned previously but never got stock tune back on theres no real mods on it when i bought so never thought the car was tuned any options i made a ticket on hp tuners i tried seeing what my options are with gpt only real fix is getting a rescue file/stock ecu tune to get a base read for the tdn app and then sending it to my tuner to build the custom tune if anyone else has had this and actually gotten it fixed lmk thank you for reading

(edit apparently car was tuned before i had it to fix this get a rescue/stock file from a company thirdparty or go to ford dealer cheapest option is going through ur tuner and asking them if they can help only paid $100 for it)
