Code error u0415!?

So I go this error code u0415 and I was able to clear it (per my tuner but the car still isn't fixed. It just happened out of no where I haven't hooked my tuner up in months so that can't be the cause. Any ideas before I reach out to the dealership.

I think you'll have to take it to the dealer. Ask if related to the steering angle sensor.
