Taking my '18 to the strip

My premium GT (10 speed) came 20's- I was planning on either getting 17x10 or 19x10 with some radials for the rear and leaving the front with the OEM 20's. I know that's not the most ideal situation but will my time suffer much from this? Also, will fitment be an issue on stock height? What offset should I use?

Mods: JLT intake, X pipe, Muffler delete and tune.
