has anyone acquired any documentation that basically goes over all the nuts and bolts on the 2015 mustangs? Or shows how to remove this or that or replace something. GM has what was called Techline and other names but was very nice to have. I figure Ford has something similar but they might be more strict on allowing it out to the public.

I believe Helm provides the factory service manuals.

There are several payment options, ranging from hardcopy manuals to purchasing offline softcopies (CD's or DVD's).

There is also an online subscription service that allows you to do a 72 hour subscription for ~$11.00 (or a monthly for ~$20.00).

I believe it may be possible to download and save much of the manuals during that subscription period, although that may be a bit of a loophole rather than buying the CD/DVD.

In any case, you may want to check them out.

I bought the hardcopy factory manual for my 350Z, which is pretty sweet, but I really only use a couple select portions. I ended up finding a softcopy somewhere and just print out the pages I need for a specific task. That way if they get greasy or torn I haven't ruined the original book(s).

I'm sure there are third party manuals available as well.
