Anyone else has this? Humming/hissing noise from the tail lights unless fully lit (i.e. Brake engaged)?

No, I have not. Sounds like a bad bulb... I hope it's not a serious problem for you..

These bulbs shouldn't be able to make that much noise, but should be an easy test to check...good luck with the diagnosis and fix...

Don't worry about it. Mine makes a noise too. Sounds a lot like transformer or coil buzzing in a switching power supply or inverter.

I can't hear the noise in the car and only hear it when the motor isn't running and I'm standing at the rear of the car.

Same - dont really care, just surprises me a bit that they make noise at all (just like bulbs on a dimmer). The moment the engine starts the noise can't be heard anyway:)
