Good luck. At that level of modification, I hope the tail-lights are still covered by warranty.

Pull the tail light. The rubber grommet is prob not installed right or popped out. Maybe when they did the wrap. I had the same issue.
Had to remove the light, drill a hole in a lower corner to drain most of the water... baked the light in the oven at 180* for almost 3 hrs. Let it cool to make sure all the condensate is out. Fill up the hole with permatex and re install.

The euro taillights are plug and play for the most part. Ordered a set from the UK for just under $800. They arrived at my doorstep in under a week.

I plan to "borrow" the connector plug/harness from a sequential taillight kit. (Keeping my oem set completely intact.)
