Sync3 Nav question

Can you enter GPS coordinates on Sync 3? Longitude and Latitude?
I know you can on the Sync 2 but could not find it anywhere on my Sync 3.

Also, can you save the current place where you are on the map? On the Sync 2, you touch and hold the screen and options pop up for you to save that specific point.

Searching Google for "Ford SYNC 3 Sat Nav Co-ordinates" came up with several forum entries saying you can; I've not tried it (in fact, I've not used the Sat Nav at all) but it is possible according to the interweb.
