Good day all. Only having my car a few days, I'm not finding an answer on a few things.

1. The fog lights seems to default "off" each time the car is restarted. I assume I need to use Forscan to change that? (I'm familiar with Forscan from my Interceptor, but have't tried with this car yet)

2. Often when the car is restarted, whether the radio was left on...or turned off prior to shut down...the source doesn't default back to the USB thumb drive. If takes a minute before it either recognizes the thumb drive or reconnects. Is it trying to re-index? Once connected, it works fine. It worked fine in my previous SHO with SYNC3. Sometimes it will message that it's trying to reconnect....maybe try a different thumb drive? It's plugged in through the port in the console, if it makes a difference.

Don’t use USB so cannot help there. But your fogs should stay on so long as your headlamp switch is not set to off.

Thanks...if I turn them on now...shut off the car and restart....they are off again. It's like the switch defaults to "foglight off" each time. My wife's EcoSport does the same thing...annoying,

Understand. I’ll try mine when I get into my car a little later and see what happens.

In my '18 the fog lights only stay on when in the auto setting, any other position and I have to turn them back on each time.
I don't use a thumb drive but rather an old IPod nano in my console. It generally will return to it on restart but occasionally will not recognize the IPod. Unplugging and reinserting will generally fix it though.
