Hey does anyone have both the switchbacks and the DD RGB foglights?

I can see the white turn signals matching the xenons, but will it dwarf my rgb fogs?
I have the Fogs and Switchbacks....it looks so cool! All bulbs are now the asme color! In Mexico til March so can't post pics! The blinker now sounds like a galloping Mustang my wife says!!lol

How hard are these to install? Do you just lower the bellypan?

With this "new version", does the inside turn-signal click at a different rate, or has this version fixed that problem? This is what has prevented me from pulling the trigger on these.

They seem to still be clicking at a different rate. Someone posted a video in the general section and it has the different click rate.

You can get resistors and splice them into the wires to stop the rapid clicking noise.

Got my replacement switchbacks from Diode Dynamics and installed them today. Removing the originals mangled the metal connectors on both. The each came out easily but the connection wires bent back on one side quite easily when removing on both bulbs.

One of the two replacements rattles when shaken but the other doesn't. They both work (as did the originals when installed), however, it's not a huge confidence builder on quality. Hopefully these will last.

All you guys who installed them and not one picture lol! Post some pics up when you get a chance. Trying to figure out how off the cool white LED is when compared to the pure white DRL's.

pjk, just got mine and they rattle also, it's just the lens that rattles a little , put your finger on the lens and shake....no rattle. So it should not be an issue!

The top lens is designed to be an exact fit in the aluminum cast housing. Some have a very small amount of play due to slight difference in the casting of the lens. This should not affect performance in any way at all, but I do understand the concern, and we'll have to toss those lenses in the future. Thanks!
