As the title says, what is the difference here between the FRPP sway bars and PP? I have a chance to get a brand new set of the FRPP sway bars at about half price, is it worth the money compared to whats already on my car (PP sway bars).

Thanks guys

FRPP:
36.5mm front
rear at 25mm or 28mm

PP GT:
32mm Front
22.2mm Rear

The FRPP are always adjustable I believe. I am not sure if the PP are or not. More to it than just the sizes but that is what I was able to find.

Likely a good upgrade if you are getting them at a good price.

I plan to go the FRPP route as an upgrade to my non PP sways.

So is the 25mm/28mm rear sway bar the track edition? I was under the impression that the handling pack was the PP except with lowered springs.

Well Ford never released a 'track edition'. FRPP has the track suspension package which is what this is pulled from. So from the dealer lot, the PP is the best suspension out of the factory. I read a thread that the toe links in the full track handling kit are the same as the PP, but I have not verified that.

FR Street Pack = PP
FR Track Pack is has larger bars and other parts.
Street Pack is cheaper but Levittown has the Track Pack at few dollars more, which only makes sense to go Track Pack

Toe links are the same however as stated above.
Track Pack also has MUSTANG KNUCKLE TO TOE LINK BEARING ASSEMBLY M-5A460-M

Ah gotcha! The sways I am referring to are the ones in the track pack.

Oh this blows! The guy I was going to get it from said the sway bars were donated to his car club to be sold off and the money donated to a local school. He said they were brand new and in this box. Had him send me part numbers and the size of the bars, they are standard performance package sway bars. Oh also they are all black, where as the track pack sways are the dark blue color. Not sure the intentions of the person who donated them, but oh well.

Bummer sorry .... well not sure that sway bars are the biggest upgrade you can make anyway. Track Pack is a bargain. Depends on what you want to do.

Well, now I am going to apply that money towards the BMR diff bushing locker. Hope to see good results on that. But I may just set them on the shelf and get anything else suspensions wise as well (I have lowering springs) so I only need 1 alignment.
