SVE GT350 Wheel Finish question

I have a minor curb rash on one of my wheels & I was wondering if they have a clearcoat? I would like to sand & repaint the rash myself.

All wheels have a clear applied on them unless otherwise stated, so to my knowledge the SVE Wheels do have them.
