SUSPENSION BAR & END LINK TORQUE SPECS?

Hi guys-

What are the TORQUE SPECS for both front and rear--> SWAY BAR & END LINK BOLTS?

And what GREASE/lubricant should i use for FRONT SWAY BAR BUSHINGS that are GT350R bar rubber bushings?
