The 3R is treadwear "100" and Mich 4S is "300". The 4S will be better in wet conditions and especially any standing water. I recently bought sets of both for a Cayman R- the 3R on 18s for track tires and 4S on 19s for street tires.

I was making a light-hearted jab at the other PS4S thread, as well the gripe thread over on the GT350 section complaining about PS4S handling being "rather less" than the Cup2.
