Foot on brake and give it some gas to load up the tq converter, with sticky tires can build boost this way and leave on 10-12 pounds on street tires best I have got has been maybe 3-4 pounds. Flash comverter is foot on brake not on gas take foot off brake and go full throttle this "flashes" the tq convertor

Thanks and Leaving off idle on a na car vs a turbo car is a big difference, the disadvantage to the turbo car is massive. You can't compare in fact. What was your et? And you say first time post up some of your time slips ? This car leaving on boost will run bottom 12's

I Didnt get a notification for this for some reason.
I ran a 13.5@105 MPh with a 2.1 60" in worse air. Leaving off idle is not ideal on a n/a v6, but not as bad as a turbo 4, I agree.

I have the time slips on another forum, fastfordmuscle under the username power whee. This is your thread I don't want to jack it. I was just saying that my hunch was validated with your trap speed. I'm looking forward to seeing the results when you can leave on boost.

Looks like it was around -300 to -800 depending on what time you ran. Still good improvement in mph. And air is important because it's one of the variables that affect your cars performance imo. Not stress about it but it's nice to know.

I'm sure if you ran a 104 trap in 3000 da without any changes you would want to know what happened right?

What tires are you running? My best 60 was 2.0xx on the PP tires.

oh for a na car its about .01 sec per 200 feet so your looking at less then 2 tenths going from -800 to 3000 ft, eh not a big deal

said I didnt worry about it (turbo car) not that I didnt understand it

I'm not sure where you got that from but there is a calculator online based on formulas that will tell you the corrected times based on the class of car you have from naturally aspirated to heavily modified forced induction

No I never said that.

stock pp tires, 255 pzero summers at 25 psi
I think my tired were at ~35 psi when I went to the track. Do you think I should lower the pressure when I go to the strip again?
