Strange noise.....Any help

After 2 weeks of not driving my 1500 mile gt350 I decided to take her for a quick spin. Apon driving it off the driveway it starts to make a strange noise like it has a flat. Noise is coming from the front drivers side wheel well. Its more noticeable when driving slower and you can only hear it once every full wheel rotation. Anyone else with a similar problem?

Sounds like a flat spot in the tire. Should normally work itself out just driving around for a bit

I would get the car up on a lift and do a visual, rotate the tire(s) while doing this to see anything abnormal (like a bulge, nail, etc).

Also check to make sure the shipping blocks have been removed from the springs.

If you washed it before putting away, it's likely some rust formed on the rotor under the pad (would have stayed wet for a longer time where the pad covers the rotor). Hit the brakes a little harder than usual and see if it cleans up.

Thanks fellas for the info, I took it for another spin last night and exactly what stanglife had mentioned happened. I've washed it a few times before driving it again a few days later but this time it was bad. Just a couple of brisk stops and it cleaned them right up.
