Car randomly sputtered out and died and won’t start. Checked fuses and relays all are good. I unplugged the fuel pump plug and checked for voltage. All wires are getting power if cranking, or with accessory mode on except 1. Is that normal? I’m assuming the plug is 1 wire always getting voltage, 1 is voltage while accessory mode is on, 1 is while cranking and the last is a ground wire? Please shine some knowledge on me bc I don’t wanna replace a fuel pump and it end up being electrical. Fuel pumps are not kicking on at all and I’m getting a P0627 code. stock fuel system

I had a similar issue with my stock fuel pump. It went out on me when I was driving, car died and wouldn't start. I would honestly just buy the fuel pump and swap it out. I highly doubt it is something electrical the car is only a couple years old.

Just curious, how many miles were on your car at the time of pump failure? We’re you running 93 or E85 and a BAP?

Converted the car to full e85 at 30k miles, at 40k miles is when the pump went out.
My car was just intake, headers e85 at the time so no bap. Before it went out a couple months prior there were times where it felt like there was a cut or slight hesitation while accelerating. Didn't happen all the time it was random but it was a clear indication that the pump was going bad.

Where’d you find a DW400 so quickly? Either way, very good turn time on getting the car back up and running.
