Stock 2018-19 GT Active Exhaust outer pipe external diameter?

Hi I was wondering if anyone has measured the outer diameter of the active exhaust 2018/19 GT quad tips? When my car arrives, I was wondering if I could go try to find some polished or carbon fiber sleeve to custom cut and place/weld over the tips. Since the stock system sounds decent enough to not justify upgrading to a $1500+ active exhaust catback/axleback right away. I was looking at maybe making it look more rolled at the tips and have a nice finish. I see the valve is kinda close to the tip, so it would have to be some short sleeve so it does not extend out further,,,

My 2018 GT active exhaust tips are 3.5”. The diameter is reduced where it is welded to the muffler.

Thanks, for focus would only be on the tip area not where it joins the muffler. Maybe make a sleeve that's slightly larger than 3.5 inner diameter and weld the rear to the farthest back 3.5" portion. But most tips are like already 4 or 4.5 outer diameters with inner walls that might be a little larger than 3.5. Mbrp has a carbon bolt on tip but doesn't fit 18 gt for now.

The tips are the one area that is lacking on the active exhaust. I think there would be a few people willing to purchase if a company would come up with something.

So the Bullitt tips are just black coated version of the oem tips?

Was kinda the shortest possible 3.5" inlet quality rolled tip that goes to a 4" but unfortunately shortest are like 10-12" and I bet it would look really bad if welded on and stick too far out the valance.

How ever looking at the stock system, it looks like very little area, an alternative would be to completely cut the tips off and try to weld a tip on to the narrower piping just after the active valve section, but looks like too little metal will be left to work?

Could save money if you mess up cutting it up and just try adding the Magnaflow Active Valve Exhaust kit for like $270 which is not even included in the $1500+ magnaflow cat back system, but only if it lines up correctly with the stock exits if the exit from muffler is 2.5"? Doing this plus custom tips/welding/shop might be 50% of buying an entire Corsa/Magnaflow system, and reduce the chance of any drone that comes with aftermarket systems, since the modification is pretty much just the tips past the valve?

Any Idea how long each 3.5" polished tip length is on the stock exhaust?
