Thanks. I looked for it on the site but must've looked over them. I had presumed that they would've been much more expensive, so that's a good thing. :D

I am very much interested in the new Pro-Active Dampers. I have a 2015 LE 50 Year Mustang. I have no desire to lower my ride, I just want a less bouncy harsh riding car that does not lose it's good handling characteristics. I have been thinking about purchasing the Koni's. How are the Steeda's different from the Koni's? Are these dampers all I need or would I need to change springs or shock mounts to my stock set-up to make the Steeda's achieve my goals? Thanks!

Very nice. I'll be swithing to these paired with the progressives next year as I edge closer to FI when my 3/36 is up.

So, which will provide a better daily highway drive with the Active dampers?

- Minimum Drop 1/2" Linear Springs, or...

- Sport Progressive 1-1.125" springs?

Sport Progressive. If the drop is a concern the MInimum Drop works great too.

He answered my question with a PM......here it is.

New Pro-Active Dampers adjusts while you drive to different road surfaces for driver comfort. Yes, they will work great with production spring rates. Steeda's valving is a little more aggressive than the Koni towards handling .

@SteedaTech If I were to purchase these alongside the minimal drop springs, would it be a noticeable handling improvement over the stock GTPP suspension setup?

Hello Wes,

Based on the feedback I have received from our team who has tested these - yes, like mentioned above, the new Pro-Active Dampers adjusts while you drive to different road surfaces for driver comfort - they are intended to outperform stock set-up.

Send me your contact info to [email protected] & I can put you in contact with Jigar or Brian - they have been instrumental in helping with the testing & bring these bad boys to market.

As a follow-up, we just had a customer install them with his progressive springs ... he praised his set-up with Progressives.

We should see some more great reviews coming in!

tj, I'm hoping to be getting a full set of Actives here in the next couple weeks. When I order a full set of Progressives with Actives, billet mounts, camber plates, and blue bump stops (dust covers?)... I assume they come assembled for more of a plug an play installation?

They do have a "make your own" suspension package on their site where you can opt to have them pre-assembled. At the moment the actives aren't an option but I assume that will change shortly.

Sorry for the delay - just getting back on-line for the evening. Yes, they have now been added to the site. Please call Jigar at 1800 950 0774 to work with him on a package deal or you can email me at [email protected]
