Steeda S550 Race Wing

What the heck am I suppose to do with this gap? If I mount it and tighten it down it will bend my lid. Their is a distinct difference from the other mount on the passenger side. It's not my lid, it's the wing.

That worries me a bit i never test fit mine :headbonk:. Mines done getting painted I'm suppose to go pick it up and install it tomorrow so i guess ill find out soon. I sure hope it fits...

I certainly could be wrong but looking at the picture, it looks like the wing should be moved to the left in the picture. Do you have that flexibility?

Measured from outside edge of lid. It is perfectly centered on the trunk.

Thanks I'll try to get some good pics tomorrow if I get a chance, only thing I have to do is get the screws in black instead of chrome and I will have no complaints

I want to see one with vents, grille delete, splitter, and lowered. I bet it looks like an entirely new car.

David@Steeda, or anyone else who has already mounted it. Can you take a picture looking out the back window of the car, or through the rear view mirror as though you are in the drivers seat? I hated my wing on my old bmw race car because it took up the whole rear view.

Also, is there a group buy, or will there be a mustang6g discount?

Sorry I've been slacking on pics ill try to get some nice dslr pics if i have a chance today.
Took my car up to watkins glen yesterday to do some laps at the track with about 100 other mustangs and everyone loved this wing. It honestly makes the car look like a completely different car and i couldn't be happier with it! There were a few s550s there and outta the few i talked to I'm almost positive 3 of them will be ordering this wing in the next week!
Maybe steeda can hook me up with some more products to promote haha. But for real if theres any specific pic requests post up and ill try to get them taken today
