I have the red ones installed and I do get a gear whine at certain speeds. I think it depends on how sensitive you are to the noises your car makes, but I notice the noise from mine. It's not super loud, but sometimes it gets annoying.

The red bushings are the "street" version @ 80 durometer while the black is the performance @ 90 durometer. I used the red and got no added NVH.

It will matter, too, if you're running an exhaust that's not stock, typically it would be drown out, any NVH from the bushings.

I had stock exhaust when I installed mine and had no NVH. Even after that, I have the Magnaflow street which is pretty quiet.

Yellow NVH is so subjective, we could ride in the same car that's been outfitted with higher durometer bushings and I could think the NVH was very tolerable and you could think it was a bit much. I'd say about ~80% of the customers who install it don't notice the NVH or don't mind it.

The reduction in wheel hop is substantial so it usually means these things stay installed for the long haul. Hope this helps!
