The cradle should move around pretty easy, make sure to get those bolts started by hand several threads then I usually put a socket with extension and go further by hand

It moves, but it's too low without a jack to thread the bolts in

Remove the bolts and jack the cradle up until it’s about 1/2” from seated and then maneuver the jack as mentioned and start the bolts by hand as Joker M1 mentioned.

Alright they're in, just threaded for the other side. I had to lay on the ground and hold the cradle with my foot while I started lifting it. I'm very glad I borrowed a good jack for this.
