If you are using lexan you will have trouble with the heating and molding part. Acrylic ie;plexiglass works much better for heating and molding than lexan.

I couldn't find an plexiglass to that would be thin enough or big enough to do this. The larger pieces were Much thicker and wouldn't have worked and the thinner ones were too small haha. I'm not too worried about it.

That's correct. Probably add too much to the cost too.
