Steeda Customer Service.

Honestly, I never write a review for a company, and I'm hoping this is the correct section.

Two days ago I purchased a Boss 302R Intake, Proceeded to install it on my baby, and only after being finished realized that the standard Steeda 101MM Intake that I had would not sit up properly to the Boss 302R Intake. After some work, I managed to make it fit, and it ran for the time being. Yesterday morning I called Steeda and informed them that I was needing the "Upgrade Kit" for their Intake, but that I already owned the 101MM MAF housing, and needed simply the Intake tubing, and couplings. After 10 minutes on the phone Steve went to Manufacturing, spoke with some people, and had a brand new set pulled off the shelf and broken down to send me only what I needed. Not only did they not try to force me into buying the entire package (Which I knew I didn't need) they quickly got me exactly what I did need.

To further add to the experience, I was informed that it would be shipped out immediately and that I could expect it to be here before the weekend. Well, 9:00 AM Rolled around this morning and it was sitting on my door step. I received the part LESS THAN a day from ordering.

I'm astonished. Top notch in my books, and the Only company I'll currently vouch for. (As stated I never write reviews because most services received are just mediocre at best). Hats off to Steve and Steeda for the AMAZING customer service.
