Steeda Clutch Spring/ Grease

I installed the steeda clutch spring and spring perch. I noticed when removing the old spring and perch there was grease for obvious reasons.

I am trying to apply more grease because i started to notice some squeaking when pressing and releasing the clutch. I am new to general automotive maintenance so i just want to know what sort of grease should be used??

I think it's just plain old white lithium grease.

Don't go nuts with it though. Thin film on the ends it's all you need.
