Anyone have a sense if this spoiler would work on the convertible with it's rear fender antenna? I hope to be picking up my DIB V6, 051A convertible this week.

Do any premium or GT Mustangs come with a spoiler that extends 'past' the edge of the trunk lid? Mine has the flat spoiler that just comes to the inside edge of the lid.

I'm not sure. I saw a convertible the other day at my dealership and the antenna may be in the way. Of course since I haven't seen the spoiler on a car up close at varied angles i'm not 100% sure it wouldn't fit. :ford:

Since I almost never listen to OTA (over the air) radio, and 'if' the antenna quickly unscrews like my other cars, I could just leave the antenna in the trunk. I guess I'll have to wait a few days until I HAVE MY CONVERTIBLE to answer this question. And if it is just a matter of needing to remember to bend the antenna slightly before opening the trunk, I can certainly do that if/when the antenna is mounted.

I can't wait to see this spoiler on cars from different angles. :cheers:
