So when if first start up the car cold the starter if fine after about a 45-60 minute drive when I go to start it up after maybe a 5 minute letting it sit the car will not start up easily it winds up slowly. I have a twin turbo set up not to sure if it’s because of the power wire is warming up or if I need to buy a new starter?

Long shot, but check the starter mounting bolts (3 total). Some guys reported they can be loose. If so, maybe with heat they are looser and the starter cocks and binds. Worth checking first.
