Very interested in hearing the outcome on this one, it's bullshit to have such a thing happen on a new car.
All the electronic gadgetry in new cars these days makes me worry sometimes. I know my old cars will never leave me sit in such a fashion.....and if one did I know I could be on the road in no time with a screwdriver or basic set of wrenches.

You don't happen to have the security package do you? I've seen on the forums of a lot of people having battery drain issues with that package.

Thanks for the care guys, an update as I just got back from dealer.
Apparently the clutch sensor connection came lose causing it to not start. Ford fixed it with ease and got my car back within a couple hours. I guess with new cars, electrical problems will be the death of me lol.
The adviser did say that this wasn't his first time encountering the issue.
I will post up some pictures of where it is, and actually show how to fix it. Just in case it happens to any of you guys down the road!
Overall, even though I was pretty upset ford fixed it AND offered a complimentary oil change. So thanks ford.
