quick question, can the stock PP wheels handle a 275/40 R19 sq setup well?
Yes. Some (most?) of the FS autocross guys are running 285/35-19 square. But thats a little bigger than the max manufacturer recomended size for the 9" fronts.

I have a 2016 gt CS. Was wondering if I could run a 20x10 295 square set up with no issues or accommodations?

As long as your wheel offsets are appropriately spaced, yes. I will be running a 305 square shortly (for track). Crossing my digits my 10.5" x 35 offset + 8mm spacer works up front. Rear is not an issue with my wheels (and camber) - at least better not be! :)
