Most S550's I see have similar issues. Mine has it a little bit, not too noticeable unless I decide to be a picky little poopface that day. I'm more concerned, frankly, about how loud the drivetrain is.

Yes I have the same problem at the bottom of door and wing slightly out on the same side. Photos taken by the Ford warranty team and awaiting further contact.

I just turned up, they looked it and said bring it back Thursday and leave with us for 2hr and will be sorted. Lets see if that happens, I reckon they will just do it as a dealership, end of the day it is just labour, no parts just tweaking of some nuts/bolts.

Now you have the door fixed you can crack on with the mirror glass realignment. Luckily that's a diy job using the electric adjustments.

Hi there

So today they had my car for the whole day as they said just moving the wing would put bonnet out etc.

So they have gone over the entire car today, wing, door, bonnet all fixed and are now pretty much spot on.

Also as a bonus they removed my splash guards and re-fitted them using proper bodyshop adhesive as the double sided 3M stuff I used started to come away. They now feel like they have being bonded to the car so no more stones getting trapped either. :)

So good job by the bodyshop. :)
