Speedometer in KM/H not in MPH

If you hold down the "OK" button of the steering wheel while turning on the car and keep holding it, it will take you into engineering mode. I believe you can change it back through there.

If the OP has an analog gauge there is no setting change that will swap the KPH to MPH.

Now if you really want to spend some coin, do the LCD gauge cluster conversion.

The analog gauge shows both MPH & KPH. This conversion just reverses the order. MPH on top instead of KPH.

Odometer reads in Miles and isn't an issue. Only Issue is the face on the speedometer

I’ve owned many Canadian cars, and I’ve never saw one that has Miles for odometer. The speedometer and odometer are both Km.

The good news is you have a lot less ‘miles’ on the car then what the odometer reads as it’s km. Divided it by 1.609 to get the mileage.

Maybe if you wait long enough the US will join the rest of the planet and go metric

I remember metric being taught here in school in the 1970s, but standard just won't go away. Metric really IS a simpler way to measure, since everything is a factor of 10. With standard, inches are measured in 16ths, 32nds, etc. 12 inches to a foot, 5,280 feet to a mile...geez. We call out engines by liters at least. I'd rather switch over all the way and be done with it.

Just bought my first mustang last weekend. The car was originally a Canada car and the Speedometer has KM/H where MPH would be on US cars and MPH where it shows KM/H on US cars. (If that's confusing the MPH is small and inside of the KM/H) Is there a way to buy the gauge face or will I need to go to ford and have the entire thing replaced. Any help is appreciated.
