I’ve owned many Canadian cars, and I’ve never saw one that has Miles for odometer. The speedometer and odometer are both Km. The good news is you have a lot less ‘miles’ on the car then what the odometer reads as it’s km. Divided it by 1.609 to get the mileage.

Don’t worry about the tick, it’s normal. Just drive it and enjoy the car. Ford even says you will hear it more after an oil change.

My tick started before 1,000 miles on factory oil. Many others report the same so I don’t think there’s anything special about the factory fill, other than some reported with less than 10 qts. In another thread I posted the BlackStone lab results from my factory oil.
