So, 2019 GT Premium B&O audio Sync 3. Started the car and touched “Audio”. Chose SiriusXM. The normal screen comes up showing me my “Presets” button. I chose a preset range and chose my channel. Then a new screen pops up that I have never seen before. It allows me to listen to the same song over and over again but I can't change channels anymore until I shut the car off and restart it. This ain't right! The "Home" button just goes to the Maps/Audio screen. Is it just me? WTF????

You have clicked on the "replay" option on XM - hence it is shaded.

Click it again..

Your car is fine.

If I had to listen to that terrible song over and over, I'd break my Sync 3 and take the car back, lol.

I stopped believing when I heard this song.

*Incoming Journey fan bash*

Even Ford knows that people should never use Sirius/XM :cwl:

Better question is what is right with it?

And now they just bought Pandora.
No, I think the better question is: what’s wrong with XM?
Hence, I asked it... so, what is your issue with it? It’s uncensored radio without commercials for incredibly cheap

Not who you were asking, but that it is $11 per month for the cheapest package which does not include on demand streaming of the songs you want to listen to right now, smaller selection of music than streaming platforms, can only be used in your car unless you pay additional $5 per month for streaming, lower quality music, higher cost.

Online streaming platforms such as Spotify, Play Music, and Apple Music are a better deal and service for the majority of people. Some people still like talk shows the most so it makes sense for them, but I'm not one of those people.

Basically what he said ^^^ PLUS the WORST customer service.

Tip on getting pricing. NEVER leave a credit card on file. When your subscription expires threaten to drop them and they cut their pricing in half immediately.
