So I was driving on the highway late at night and some idiot was driving with no lights and going 10 mph in a 65 right over a hill. I couldn't stop in time and there was someome next to me so i could not get over.. She only had 1500 miles rip eco premium with pp :(

Yeah everyone is fine, airbags and seatbelt worked. Just cut up from the airbag. Sync called 911 immediately for me.

Well Texas has proportional fault, so I imagine how much could depend on if the police decide his speed was a contributing factor (assuming it was over 65).

Though realistically going 10 with no lights on a freeway is so negligent I kind of doubt it will even get that far... hopefully.

As some have already said, cars can be replaced, you can't! Good to hear that the air bags did their job. From the photos, it looks like the engineering of the front end did it's job taking all the impact and protecting the passenger compartment.

So sorry for your loss and trouble. :(

. Sorry to hear about your misfortune but glad to hear you're okay. Texas State law is on your side because your data can be downloaded to show the other guy was at fault. If you have 100 per cent replacement with your insurance you'll get another soon but you'll get another regardless
