Sirus not working

I bought a 2015 mustang and got a 3 month free trial on sirus. Well i get 184 the preview channel. However they have tried to refresh my signal and its not working. I dont wamt to go to the dealership and pay because the car is mot underwarranty. Any suggestions. I called sirus already and they took me through the trouble shooting steps. Still nothing. I thought about a master reset however i read sometimes it doesnt work. Please help me.

Leave your Sirius radio on for as long as possible. Sometimes it takes a while to recieve the data signal that tells your radio that you have an active subscription. The fact that you are able to get the preview channel means the hardware in the car is functional. The dealer won't be able to do anything except take your money. Give it a day or two then call Sirius again if it's not working.

If you haven't tired yet, tune to channel 0, get the ID, and send the refresh signal yourself using the SXM website. Make sure you're in an area with a clear view of the sky.
