Who is keeping their trial active? I always used to want this but the quality blows. Bluetoothing to Pandora sounds much better.

I use usb, bluetooth, pandora, etc over Sirius. I probably won't even both listening to it when it's free

My opinion is that it is too expensive for the crap quality. I can get anything I want off my phone.

In the last 10 years I've had the Sirius XM trial subscription in 5 different vehicles. I've never renewed for a subscription once because it just wasn't worth the cost for what you get. Most of the channels I didn't listen too.

It's just like my Dish TV subscription, 300 channels and I watch 6.

A drove coast to coast 3X's with Sirius radio and it wassn't very useful at all. In my opinion.

I've had friends that signed up for subscriptions and regreted it. When they wanted to cancel, it was almost impossible. Kinda like comcast cable TV.

For me Sirius XM = Serious Excrement! :)

I'll likely do the Mostly Music when it expires. Agreed the quality could be better, but it is nice to have more station choices.

I'm undecided. My last car I did re-up...mostly for something to listen to when other people are in the car (nobody shares my uh unique tastes) and for the sports play-by-play channels. For just that, it is pretty pricey. I might just get a basic package this time around (my daughter is addicted to Lithium Ch 34).

Ill be passing on it and using my phone through the USB when I don't have reception, which isn't that often

I like Alt Nation, Lithium and SXMU - those are the main three I listen to.

Not worth the money. Not in Canada.

I like SXMU as well. I just wished they played more punk...they need a punk station real bad. The problem is, if a song comes on that I also have on USB, the sound is so inferior I get depressed.

Other stations that get love are The Joint, First Wave, Real Jazz, and Symphony Hall. The last one I use to calm my wife. Also, they play America's Top 40 on 70's on 7 on the weekends, which brings me back to my youth.

I always hear that if you hold out or negotiate you can get a better deal. Never seems to have worked for me.
I can confirm that. Sirius radio is streaming 8 bit music and asking high fees for that post WWI quality. Every time they call to renew the subscription, they ask full price. Pointing to the US with their 6 month $25 offer, the guys still ask full price - and that's when I hang up. :tsk:
