After looking at the rocker panel photos again, it does not look like the one for the 350, maybe the parts man did order the wrong part?
I'm sorry John but your parts guy is wrong. I don't mean any foul by this but here are the correct part numbers. And you can remove the original ones without damaging the paint.
Part numbers are....
FR3Z 6310176 AB list $838.82
FR3Z 6310177 AB list $837.93

Thanks Voodooo, for your input on this I will go back down to My Ford dealer tomarrow, and have them look this part up again, and see if I can get some new update on this! And will see if this can removed with out damaging the paint... Let me see what I can find..... Thanks for you part numbers, I will take them with me tomarrow when I go down to my Ford dealer. Thanks John

All I know it I'm not changing my Rocker Panel, and if it all comes as one Piece and panels that need to be painted, if my Ford Dealer does it it will show up on Carfax, and then some were down the road. somebody may think it body damage. Just me!

John, my dad owns a body shop and has for 45+ years. It will not show up on carfax, the only way it will show up on carfax is if it's an insurance claim. Not for warranty work or out of pocket expense. The gt350 rocker panels can be separated and you can use just the lower black textured pieces without painting the painted pieces. Also your paint won't crack off the upper rocker panel pieces. You would really have to twist and bend them a lot to flake the paint. I'm not saying it can't happen but it's not a brittle as you think. As long as it's done gently and carefully it'll be ok.

Ok new info on Rocker Panel.....

Ok new info on Rocker Panel..... Sorry I could not get down to my Ford Dealer yesterday, so this is what I got printed off today, from the parts manager today! Yes all the other info I posted was the wrong part numbers for the Rocker Panel, sorry for that, in this photo I have posted it shows as two pieces, but what he Explained to me that it is all one part the that will not separate, into two pieces, so there will have to be some painting done. I'm hoping this helps guys! :ford:

The first photo is the Rocker Panel on my GT350

I'm hoping this helps some of you guys on this issue with the rocker panel. :ford:
Your photo was exactly like my defective side splitters. I just have both replaced today under warranty. The dealer riveted my painted panels on instead of the non painted part which was riveted to the new side splitters. 2 rivets per side.
