I am looking for shocks and struts since I got tired of rough ride quality of the combination of H&R sports line spring and Performance Pack damper.

Which products do you recommend more for nice ride quality and adjustability for occasional track days?

cheers!

I JUST got my Steeda pro-action adjustable shocks and struts with some other items yesterday. I've done some homework and read good things about them, and the forum discount helps. I can only say so far that they're, . . . well, . . . . . blue. A little chilly in the garage to install them yet. But from what I've gathered from some other forum members, they will be way better than the stock Perf Package stuff.

Id go with Steeda Pro action if you just wanted dampers otherwise I'd get Steeda's new coilovers.

Do you think coilover is necessary if I don't really need to adjust ride height?
Would it make big difference comparing with spring & struts and shocks?
Thanks man:thumbsup:

Well I look at it this way...... I've tried multiple sets of springs and every time you are stuck with what height they give you...period. You have to be completely satisfied with the out of box height they give you.

Having compression and rebound settings is a necessity as far as I'm concerned and adding the ability to dial in the exact height "I" want is just the icing on the cake.

I just set my car all up before the winter height wise and I am wrapping up the install of my Whipple. When I am done I can simply add a turn or to two the front to raise it back up to make up for the added supercharger weight. Win, win

Full disclosure I have KW V3 coilovers not Steeda's, they weren't announced or available when I switched to coilovers but I can tell you I have never been in a better riding or handling car. I am a coilover guy from here on out now.

I have the Koni adjustable. I bought one of the first few sets sold. Unfortunately that was right before Steeda released theirs or I would definitely have the Steeda Pro Action adjustables!

I have the Steeda adjustable shocks and I think they will be the best option for you. The Konis are supposed to have a stiffer compression to rebound ratio. The Steeda range from much softer than PP to stiffer than you could stand.

As others have said, the Steeda Pro Action Shocks & Struts are a great option - both fixed & adjustable.
