First off my car is tuned. I have an auto 2015 mustang gt.
When shifting from 3rd to 4th gear using the paddle shifters, the car will shift to 4th for about 0.5 seconds then shift to 5th. It will stay in 5th for a few seconds before automatically shifting to 4th. This obviously kills my power... Only happens when shifting above 7k rpm.
I've been going back and forth with the tuner on this and they can't seem to find a solution so I was wondering if any of you guys have experienced a similar problem.
I also don't want to call out my tuner yet. They have a reputation and I'm hoping this can get resolved without dragging their name down.
