See my post above. The difference is in the end is customer service. Redline stepped up right away and fixed the issue (their initial boot was also smaller). I have their new 'bigger' ebrake boot in the car and it fits very well. I am very happy with the products and customer service and ordered more of their stuff for my other cars with great success.

Exactly what I had to do. I have an extra bracket. Let me know if you need it. I purchased the redline after wasting my money on shifteck. It just plain does not fit. Don’t care what bs they tell me. Love the redline. Better match as well. Just wish I did it the first time. My opinion. Nothing more.

For the redline products what color did u chose to match factory color?
Did anyone do the other trim pieces? Doors? Visors? Etc.

Thanks Scott058 I will PM you this weekend about the bracket.
Yes supposedly some employees Grandma makes them, but she has the wrong size on the E brake boot.They claimed they wanted a tight fit but went too tight and then when responding to me they said it just needs to be stretched out and steamed for proper fitment? I steamed and stretched for multiple days and even tried a steamer while on the car with weight on it to help it stretch. it never seated and alway pulled the handle up. Oh well lesson learned Redline is who I will go through, I am hoping I can match the shifter boot as I already have that installed and dont want to have to buy one of those new also?
