Shift Fork Broken 3rd and 4th gone

Hello everybody I am new to the forum and I just purchased a 2018 Mustang GT with 15k miles on it. I have had it for about a month and I have been pretty easy on it. The other day I got on it a little bit and when I shifted into 3rd (I wasn‘t slamming gears hard) it was gone. Now 3 and 4 are out. I see a lot of people saying its the shift forks and ford will repair it. I contacted a dealer and they told me they do not see any recalls or special services on the car. Does anybody have any information on Ford agreeing to repair this BS issue.

Check with your warranty from the dealership you bought it from. Take it to a major Ford dealership in your area

Bring those receipts to them! That's hard proof there was an issue.

You should be fine. Just asked to speak to a manager, obviously just be nice about everything..

Ford is putting in a new engine and clutch for me for something they could have easily declined.
