SHELBY Letters on front lower spoiler in color, how is this done?

As shown, it looks like these might be some sort of laser cut vinyl accessory but i cant find anything about this anywhere when i searched. Can someone shed some light on this, is this actually painted or some vendor offers a die cut decal for the insert?

I made the pattern and had a local vinyl shop cut mine for me. Got 4 sets for $15.

i did mine yesterday was easy once you spray the soapy water, i then used a heat gun to set it and dry , hope it holds up. looks good
