As I understand it, no brembo blood at all in these, they were sourced from Akebono. So a brembo sticker on them is ...... meh.
Not saying you are wrong, but the design is more Brembo than Akebono, though I have no hard evidence let me show you the clues.

I come from Japanese sports cars (3 skylines 2 Supras) which usually have Akebono brakes branded with the Car manufacturer's name, especially Nissan and Infinity. Akebono when they don't cast cooling fins on a caliper prefer a smoother caliper design with most if not all bolts on the back side of the caliper. Akebono does not normally do curved logos and the flats on the face of the rotors are straight.

Brembo likes to make calipers as light as possible and so tend to have lots of webbing visible on their caliper designs allowing them to shave unneeded weight at a small cost to strength compared to Akebono, Brembo does not mind showing exposed bolts on the frontside of their caliper at all, hell they almost seem proud of it and show them off. Brembo Prefers a curved logo and the flats on top of the pistons are usually curved.

See this picture of an Infinity stock Akebono Caliper vs a Brembo

And this of a EBpp Caliper vs A GTpp Caliper.

Lastly and most likely to change, American OEMs have generally turned to Brembo for brakes rather than Akebono Especially for performance given the brand recognition advantage Brembo has in the US.

Again, all of this is hardly definitive, and I would be glad to be proven wrong. Both are great manufacturers and I would not be Ashamed at all to have Akebono breaks on my Stang, in fact it would suit the more Asian import-like nature of the Ecoboost, but the circumstantial evidence points to Brembo designs to me.

They are Akebono brakes. You can only make a caliper look like a caliper, they are all very similar.
Do a little googling, they are Akebono. :) (and that's not a bad thing either. Brembo seems to have marketing their name down better)

I would not put a Trek Sticker on a Huffy bike either, but whatever flips your flopper.

lol truth be told, only reason I put the Brembo decals on mine is I had them in white (which looks better on the burnt copper) where as I only had Mustang decals in black, or I would have used them

Ive been corrected a few times already on the forums for saying that I read somewhere that they were Brembos but not branded as Brembo... but then I got corrected that they were made by Continental... still I can't find anything about them on the Ford brochures, sites, articles etc. so anyway, if I paint them at some point Ill add a funny face on them or something ;-) meanwhile I'm undecided on the color, red or black for a black car with black wheels...

Hell, I thought about doing the Brembo font but with "Bimbo" or just "Brakes" for shits and giggles. My daughter makes vinyl cut graphics, so my choices are limitless.

Ive heard Continental too.

Regardless of the debate they're not Brembo so shouldn't be decaled as such. If they were they wouldve come pre-labeled like the PP calipers do.

meh.. who cares if there not brembos, the words makes the calipers standout even more. Not the same if someone is labeling a v6 a shelby. I put brembo decal on my gt brakes when I thought they were brembos. There was another thread debating that a while back. Im keeping the decals there because I really do not care. Im not trying to trick people into thinking they're Brembos because frankly nobody is going to care in the real world. You only get this crap on the forums.

Figured I'd post these here as well. I custom painted these mgp caliper covers to match for the rear. Unfortunately, there was a clearance issue with the wheels. Hence the small chips towards the bottom corners. Would need a spacer if I wanted them to fit. If anyone is interested in buying these shoot me a pm. I'm unsure if I want to run a spacer in the rear yet

those look nice! not big on caliper covers, but I wouldn't be opposed to running them on the rear brakes
