Had a chance to throw in a Shaftmasters one piece driveshaft for some preliminary testing (thanks to BMRTech and Shaftmasters) The install went flawlessly and everything fits great. No noticeable NVH from the factory shaft and needless to say it holds up well to 7k RPM launches.

Yanking the Passenger side tire, on a manual trans IRS car on Drag Radials!?!?!?!

That is what I am talking about!

I spoke with Shaftmasters earlier today, and they are excited about their new Auto and Manual trans S550 Shafts.

Their Automatic version is available for order on their site for $649.99 - and the Manual Trans version should be ready for purchase too (pricing is not official, but should be in the $800-$830 range, but you may have to call them as I do not see them on their site yet.

Thanks for sharing Sam!

Why does the manual version cost so much more?

There's a aluminum adapter required. I posted pictures in my Shaftmasters thread.

Even at the $800ish price range, they are cheaper than the others out there I believe
