Serpentine Belt keeps slipping

Hi guys wondering if anyone can help me I recently replaced my serpentine belt and drive belt idler pulley and since then I’ve had this issue where the belt keeps slipping and makes a sweeping sound so when I looked into it further it turned out that the belt kept touching the outer edge of the water pump pulley but also I noticed that the drive belt idler pulley I installed sticks out further then the other pulled and half the belt isn’t even on the pulley. I did buy the pulley from Ford so I’m not sure if that is meant to be like that or I’m missing something
