When I say plug n play I mean a set of US lights with an extra bit of wiring out the back to make them compatible, not ones that have been opened.

I've done it myself on a set of MK3 Mondeo headlights so know what's involved and it's not pretty.

Could have done with a "maybe" option. I'd like to see how this all goes in practice as I'm not local should they screw up after weeks/months. I've also no big problem with how the car looks stock.
Good work though

Ah right, that's heavy! Wish plug and play was possible, the vibe i've got from most people is, it really isn't - But who knows, i'm not an engineer, i'm sure someone could come up with it!

Yeah i'm sure Ian Whu could vouch.

Regardless - I wouldn't put my car through it if I wasn't 100% certain, but that's just me

They might be low on blinker fluid, you best get that checked out asap.

For that price I'm definitely in, even taking into account having to drive to Londonistan and back. I'd do it tomorrow if available, the lights are the must have for my car.

Shame is I have the Diode Dynamics front DRLs on their way to me but I'm clueless and terrified of opening up my headlights

First of all, well done Manders for getting this far. Kind of kicking myself as I was talking to a company months ago about this and got too hooked up in work and other mods. Probably could have had mine done weeks ago.

Secondly, the poll needed to have a few more options. I have not voted as, at this stage I am 'interested' in the front lights, need more info first but not so worried about having rears done.

I think a 'plug and play' option will always be cost prohibitive Centurion07.

yeah I guess that's my fault, consider 'Yes' as a 'yes you'd get sequentials done on either front or back' and a No as 'No this isn't for me'

Just to gauge interest as to who would want interest on sequential at any given time for either fronts or backs.

I spoke to the chap last night about a few questions.

He reiterated that the company is not part time modders and have done this as their career. However addressed the 'lights opened' case'. They're opened, and they've opened theirs multiple times, they're resealed and then taped to further guarantee no moisture entry. They said if it does occur, they'd be happy to fix, but they're fully confident in their work that it wouldn't occur and that theres has been washed etc and no water ingress.

Like others, I would be interested to see the process and reliability. SO its a probably but I am never keen on things being utterly dismantled to create something unless of course there is some sort of written warranty, not a "i'll look after you guv" slap on the back.

But yes, prove it and would be in for sure

There are a fair few Mustangs around these parts (pick a colour other than Red.. obviously) and the lights, especially the rear, just look wrong.. so yes, I'd be interested. Mine is due in November time... so obviously I couldn't be a "day one" purchaser with no lights to send!

As cool as the sequentials look when following mustangs in the states, couldn't bring myself to spend ÂŁ700+ on something I'd never get to see/enjoy!:eyebulge: Also don't like the idea of opening up the headlights, pretty high risk of condensation at some point as these will be vacuum sealed.

Fyi, your lights don't get sent to them, they probably could do this - haven't asked, but the general premise is you take your car to them and do it and they'll do it with you on the premises, I've asked personally how they'd act to me taking pictures, and explaining everything to me - obviously they can keep 'trade secrets' etc. But just to make sure it's all legit.

Warranty wise, I believe every company is obliged to give you a certain period of warranty with any electrical goods and that's a legal requirement.

Okay, sorry, I misread your post. London is near enough to me to make the trip worthwhile. Good stuff.
