SCT X4 DEVICE COMM ERROR HELP PLEASE

I was loading a tune onto my x4 and was looking through the settings while it was uploading a tune to the device i also noticed that the cord was loose but now i have no way to use the device now it just says "DEVICE COMM ERROR" how do i fx this??? :frusty:

reload the firmware maybe? they should have instructions on their website

connect to your pc, run an update see if it updates again.
