Hi guys,

Is there a way to delete datalog config files from your X4? I want to datalog my tune with Lund and I have too many files on my device. When I add it, it just doesn't show up.

Factory reset does not remove config files, only tunes. Can't find an answer on the interwebz.

You have to call tech support so they can remotely do that or use a laptop and save the file on your laptop

Wait! Sorry I think I found it. I go into LiveLink II and after connecting my device, "delete files" box is available. Now going to try to access the datalog file.

Well I deleted the old files and added the new one. It did not show up on my device when I plugged into the OBD2 port. The old files are gone too. Looks like I will have to contact SCT.

Do you have too many tune files? Occasionally I have to remove tune files that I no longer use in order to add new tunes.

Its best to save all your logs on your laptop, lund usually sends u a configuator and if storing them on your laptop u should not run out of space. When u added the new file u sure u hit program on your laptop to load it tour x4.

No I did a factory reset last week and so I only have two tune files right now.

The weird thing is I can successfully add the log file, but it doesn't show up. All I see is the preloaded Ford datalog files and then N/A boxes.
