SCT X4 transferring datalog config files

I'm trying to datalog my tune. I created the datalog files using Livewire II, but when I use the SCT updater software, I can't transfer the files to my SCT X4 device. Every time I go to transfer it, the program stops responding. When I go to gauges/datalog on the device,and then configuration, I get general error code #10007.

Anybody else have this problem? I'm trying to datalog my tune to test how it's working with the Steeda CAI and I can't go any further until I resolve this.

Make sure you update your device, use your laptop to datalog via livewire, save files (should be .csv files), and email requested data logs to your tuner.

use the livewire to export config file into the x4, not the updater tool.

Thanks guys. For some reason it worked today. I didn't do anything different. I was able to do one of the datalogs. Hopefully should be able to get the other two done tomorrow.
