sct datalog pids not working

I did some datalogging tonight with the sc x4 and when I went to check the logs I noticed some of the pids are not working and only show 0 throughout the whole log. Any ideas why this is happening? I attached the log so you can see what I mean.

well I tried to upload log but it doesn't work.
