Sct 4 question...

When updating tonight to my new FF tune, it said I had 331 tune revision updates and automatically started updating it. What does that mean? I already had A 93 Lund tune in the car. Does it mean it is updating the tunes I have on my tuner to a newer tune? I only have 2 on there. Sorry if this is a silly question, I tried searching..

No, it's talking about software updates. These updates will allow tuners more access and parameters to use. The more the SCT engineers learn, the more updates. :cheers:

sct regularly updates files, most of the files for canned tunes are other ford vehicles

Hey... another quick SCT X4 question... I purchased it blank with CAI from Steeda. I plugged it in to the car to get the ECU SWPN. I did play with it a bit while it was plugged in but I did not download a tune since there were none to download. Afterwards I turned on the car and it seemed louder and the throttle more responsive. Could this all be in my head... or is some kind of residual tune possible?

All SCT hand held have SCT canned tunes on them. Are you sure you didn't load one of those?
